Azai Studios was approached by a new york based real estate developer to create a brand strategy and visual communication for the launch of their new venture, CRE8 Development Group. Mixing commissioned artworks, material craftsmanship and modern simplicity of type and color the concept captures the essence and total design philosophy of the properties they develop. Using archival materials and illustration, we wanted to bring to light the significance of the properties they develop. These ideas link a variety of communications modes that included stationery set and brochure packs, signage, web design, and display suite.
The strategy is not unusual. Communicating and visualizing the intangible is the strategic foundation of many good real estate developer identities and marketing applications. What marks this out is the essential relationship with, rather than a response to architecture and design. The ways this identity came together, was planned to show a company that has a synergy between art and real estate.
